Responsibilities

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Track procurement and long lead materials
  • Maintain project logs and meeting minutes
  • Support schedule updates and progress reporting
  • Uprite Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to support ground up commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and tilt up projects throughout the Greater Sacramento region.
  • The Project Engineer will work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to help drive successful project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Project Engineer experience
  • Ground up commercial construction experience required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to have

  • Experience working for a general contractor strongly preferred
  • Experience with industrial, manufacturing, tilt up, warehouse, distribution, or commercial projects preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • Procore and Bluebeam experience preferred
