About the role
- The Senior Program Finance Analyst is responsible for managing the financial performance of assigned programs by providing accurate forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic guidance throughout the program lifecycle.

- Estimates at Completion (EAC) forecasting and financial modeling
Responsibilities
- Cross-functional financial support for Program Management, Operations, and Engineering
- Provide proactive financial guidance to support profitable program execution and positive cash flow throughout the program lifecycle.
- Support milestone planning and contract scope changes to help maintain positive cash flow and program profitability throughout the program lifecycle.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support Program Managers and leadership.
- Support proposal pricing, revenue recognition, invoicing, and program closeout activities.
- Partner with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Accounting to improve financial performance and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, program finance, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
- Experience supporting engineering, aerospace, manufacturing, or government contracting environments required.
- Strong understanding of program financial management, Bills of Material (BOMs), labor costing, scrap analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting.
- Experience with Estimates at Completion (EAC), Earned Value Management (EVM), and variance analysis.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences.
- Depending on state law and the nature of the position, candidates who receive a conditional offer of employment may be required to complete a drug screening.

Compensation
- $100,000 - $140,000 (based on experience and skillset)
