Responsibilities

  • Produce advertising projects for Toronto, establish timelines and manage the VFX/post production schedule;
  • Communicate regularly with clients on the status of projects and create a positive and collaborative working relationship;
  • Maintain regular communication with the production team on all important project information;
  • Collaborate to post-mortem meetings, identify areas for improvement and ensure that all issues are addressed;
  • In collaboration with the Executive Producer, support on business development initiatives;
  • Good ability to manage stress under pressure and maintain a positive and composed attitude;
  • Every team member brings unique insight that strengthens our creativity, challenges our thinking, and helps us deliver better work.
  • Rodeo FX may use AI-based tools to support certain steps of the recruitment process, such as interview transcription or preliminary application analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position, in post-production in the advertising sector;
  • Relevant experience in visual effects and knowledge of the VFX process required;
  • Knowledge of Shotgrid project management software is an asset;
  • Knowledge of GSuite and Monday, an asset;
  • Must be available for occasional travel.

  • Under the supervision of the Executive Producer in Toronto, the main role of the Post-Production Producer is to produce all advertising projects for the Toronto ADS team.
  • He/Her will ensure to be present in the studio for all client sessions.
  • In collaboration with the Executive Producer and other Rodeo FX team members, he/her will be quoting on potential VFX opportunities.
