- The Assistant Coach is responsible for supporting the head coach in executing the organization, administration and coaching of the Men's Soccer program.
Responsibilities
- Support and assist the head coach to execute a clearly defined philosophy of coaching and teaching Soccer.
- Drive College or rental van for away competitions as needed.
- Assist with student-athletes' academic progress and provide support.
- Support and assist with retention initiatives in conjunction with the Director, Athletics including enforcing Student Athlete Success Agenda.
Requirements
- Experience in coaching intercollegiate or high school athletics.
- Knowledge and experience coaching Softball.
- Knowledge of NCAA, USCAA, or NJCAA rules and compliance.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of all required background checks and clearances.
- To be considered for employment at Bucks County Community College, applicants must be permitted to legally work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Compensation
- Season Salary $4,000
