Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven work track record through work experience, co-ops, or internships
- Proven leadership through work experience, extracurricular activities, or civic involvement
- Our Claim Trainee Development Program takes an organization wide approach to developing the foundational skills required of a successful claim professional.
- Claim Trainees learn to perform the required analysis, investigation and claim handling functions, enabling them to make appropriate recommendations involving claim strategy, management, and resolution.
- Strong critical, analytical and investigative skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent planning, time management and organizational skills
- Juris Doctorate and MBA graduates are encouraged to apply
