- Prepare quarterly estimated tax returns.Review fixed asset and lot costing work papers.
Requirements
- Related Functional Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of public accounting or corporate finance
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- CPA License or Masters in Tax or Accounting required
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of tax law and accounting required
- multi-state experience a plus
- Strong computer skills
- advanced knowledge of office applications (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook., Access, Powerpoint)
- Advanced knowledge of general ledger tools used at Pulte
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and research skills
