About the role

We are currently hiring hybrid positions across California.
If you are comfortable commuting to our branch offices (Los Angeles, Concord, Fullerton, Riverside, Oxnard, Bakersfield, or Roseville) office 3x per week, we would love to set up some time to chat!

Support provider onboarding activities including documentation collection, provider matching, scheduling, and onboarding readiness
Collaborate with Operations and Regional Center teams while maintaining tracking systems, reporting, and onboarding status updates
Maintain compliance and documentation standards by verifying eligibility requirements, certifications, background checks, and accurate recordkeeping

You are a passionate and performance-driven t eam player, eager to take on a key role in our company's growth.
1-2+ years of customer service experience
Manage provider and consumer onboarding pipelines, ensuring progress through onboarding, service initiation, and required milestones
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organized documentation
Positive, service-oriented attitude with strong follow-through

Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience supporting onboarding, intake coordination, or operational workflows preferred

Problem solving and decision making

The expected California Pay Range for this position:
$23 - $23.89 USD
