About the role
- The position is full-time, onsite in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities
- Lead, plan and direct the process development and process improvement activities of the Operations Department.
- Develop, modify and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures and other specifications needed to produce hardware and deliverables.
- Develop and implement long range process improvement plans based on cost, quality and delivery needs.
- Develop an understanding of current and potential process capabilities and process control limits.
- Implement statistical process control (SPC) where appropriate.
- Identify and order material, tooling and equipment necessary to support manufacturing operations.
