Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and 5 years of human resources experience with at least two years specializing in equal employment opportunity and diversity programs.
- Must have a valid driver's license with less than 5 points.
- Any offer of employment will be contingent upon successfully completing required pre-employment screens, to include full background check, drug & alcohol screening, and position appropriate physical.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Compensation
- $93,440.94 - $128,481.30
- Eleven paid holidays per year
