About the role
- The Ensemble Department is seeking a bass player to accompany students in ensemble classes.
- The guitarist will act as part of the "house band" for regularly scheduled Ensemble Department classes and periodic additional accompanying assignments for recitals, concerts, auditions, and special events.

- Some nights/weekends may be required.
- Have a strong musical background in a wide range of styles.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Music (preferred, but not required)

- Excellent musicianship, especially the ability to groove
- A background in all Contemporary styles.
- Have complete technical command of the instrument.
- Sensitive to the needs of vocalists.
- Cultivate a supportive learning environment.
