Responsibilities

  • Project Controls Leadership Develop and own enterprise-wide project controls standards, including scheduling, cost management, risk/issue management, and governance.
  • Implement tools and systems to standardize program management, KPI visibility, and executive reporting across markets.
  • Lead system integration efforts between internal platforms and customer systems to enable efficient project execution and reporting.
  • Partner directly with customer teams to support reporting requirements, process improvements, system enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Drive automation initiatives that improve data flow, reduce manual effort, and increase reporting accuracy.
  • Develop standardized reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into project performance, risks, and milestones.
  • Collaborate across Engineering, Real Estate, Construction, Operations, IT, and client stakeholders to improve project delivery timelines and reporting effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation, workflow optimization, and technology adoption.
  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Scoping, and Operations leadership to optimize, standardize, and document cross-functional processes, ensuring clear ownership, data integrity, audit readiness, and consistent execution across project controls, forecasting, and operational workflows.
  • Implement performance scorecards and accountability measures related to project delivery and data quality.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in telecom network deployment, project controls, program management, systems administration, or operations management.
  • 5+ years leading large, geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience managing Internal and/or customer deployment management systems within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of wireless deployment processes, project lifecycle management, and operational reporting.
  • Expertise in scheduling, budgeting, earned value management, forecasting, and executive reporting.
  • Proficiency with tools typically used in the telecommunications industry.

Compensation

  • Details: $165,000 - 185,000 The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
  • Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and relevant laws.
