About the role
- You'd be the first data hire, working directly with the CTO and Head of Product to define what data means here: how we capture it, store it, analyze it, and turn it into decisions.
- Vendor decisions are yours too, picking BI tooling, making the infrastructure calls that'll hold as we scale.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement data models with solid metadata collection
- Build executive-level BI dashboards that drive product and growth decisions
- Proven ability to work on your own
Requirements
- you know what to measure, what's vanity, and how to frame findings for stakeholders
Nice to have
- Deep PostHog experience (cohorts, funnels, feature flags, warehouse sync)
- Experience with activation models, conversion rate analysis, and A/B testing
- Background in SaaS/web app analytics, or adjacent fields like supply chain or finance
- Experience with creative tools or product-led growth companies
