Responsibilities
- Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives - Lead warehouse-wide deployment of Lean methodologies including 5S, Kaizen, A3, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), problem solving, and layout optimization.
- Develop Engineered Standards & KPIs - Create measurable performance standards, establish operational KPIs, and rigorously deploy metrics to drive accountability and improvement.
- Project Management & Process Optimization - Identify improvement opportunities, coordinate resources, and manage projects to deliver measurable cost savings and operational efficiencies.
- Safety & Compliance Leadership - Serve as site safety representative with corporate guidance, oversee safety reporting, maintain SOPs, and support ISO certification efforts.
- Experience developing KPIs and engineered labor standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Oracle, ASC Trac, HighJump)
- Familiarity with material handling equipment selection and facility layout planning
Nice to have
- Six Sigma knowledge preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in an Engineering or Continuous Improvement role preferred
- Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, DAX, or C++ preferred
- Background in safety reporting and compliance preferred

Compensation
- Full-Time, Exempt (Salary - Weekly Pay)
