Responsibilities
- Build calendar in Excel
- Oversee and partner with Associate Manager / Coordinator on the day-to-day responsibilities
- Work with Design counterpart to identify design specific capacity issues
- Continuously partner with Design, Brand and Supply Chain counterparts to ensure continuity of message and intent
- Lead the structure and flow of key milestone related meetings (costing, prototype, etc.)
- Maintain accurate project plan and status documentation with Jr. Manager/Coordinator

- The Senior Product Development Manager manages two or more categories of new product development projects from line plan or initial concept to product launch.
- This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration, ensure project milestones are met, and deliver timely product introductions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of service related experience in a similar position (with minimum of 3 years experience in jewelry is a must)
- College degree required
- Knowledge of end-to-end product development process
- Knowledge of technical watch/jewelry construction
- Knowledge of manufacturers and processes
- Knowledge of brands / product lines
- Strong Project Management skills required
- Ability to anticipate needs and problems from a product and process perspective.
- Travel as required
Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $98,000 per year.
