Requirements
- The role requires strong business analysis, Microsoft Office, Access, SharePoint, and SQL skills, with the ability to translate operational data into clear reports, dashboards, and executive-level briefings.
Nice to have
- Assist in identifying redundant data calls, spreadsheet-based workflows, and manual processes that can be streamlined, standardized, or transitioned into more manageable database-enabled workflows.
- Participate in recurring status meetings, working groups, and impromptu coordination sessions to provide updates, recommendations, action status, and barriers to success.
- Required Experience, Skills, & Technologies
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited United States university or equivalent military or commercial experience in business, analysis, or a related field.
- Three (3) years of specific experience in business management and analysis, including experience with Access, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and similar business analysis applications.
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel, with emphasis on preparing and presenting executive-level PowerPoint briefings.
