About the role
- This includes, but is not limited to, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and tooling repairs.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular PMs on the equipment through the PM schedules.
- Also included are servo hydraulics and servo pneumatics, high resolution positioning, load cells, AC servo drives, electro robotic systems, electronic test equipment.
Requirements
- Report any conditions of spare part shortage/absence or other required parts to the appropriate maintenance planner.
- Develop PLC program improvements and changes as required with support from the PLC Tech.
- Maintain required 5S standards in department.
- Knowledge of and experience with proper use of hand tools, machine tools, troubleshooting equipment, measuring tools, and leveling devices.
- Working knowledge of servo hydraulic mechanical, pneumatic and robotic systems.
- The highest degree of urgency to be given to all safety related calls and conditions.

- Must have flexible schedule - may be required to stay over / come in early / be on call for weekend support
