About the role
- We value individuals who communicate effectively, take initiative, and can navigate complex coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience reviewing Tekla models, resolving RFIs, and supporting fabrication and construction teams with practical solutions will be key to success in this role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of structural engineering experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in structural steel design
- Experience on large industrial, semiconductor, data center, or manufacturing facility projects
- Experience with fast-track EPC projects
- Experience working with international fabrication teams
- Familiarity with BIM workflows
- Proficiency with Tekla Structures, SAP2000, ETABS, or STAAD.Pro
- Experience with seismic steel design
- Strong knowledge of AISC 360, AISC 341, AWS D1.1, AISC Code of Standard Practice, ASCE 7, OSHA temporary stability requirements, and LRFD/ASD design methods
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
- Valid work authorization in the U.S
- Competitive salary
