Join Athene as an Internal Sales Specialist, where you'll serve as a trusted resource for financial professionals by providing product expertise, sales support, and responsive service that helps grow our annuity business.
You'll play an important role in delivering a seamless advisor experience while partnering closely with Internal Wholesalers and cross-functional teams to drive sales opportunities and strengthen distributor relationships.

1+ years of financial services sales experience or relevant experience; annuity product experience strongly preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain financial products, processes, and concepts to a diverse advisor base while building trusted relationships.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with annuity illustration software, CRM platforms, and AI-enabled productivity tools preferred.
Demonstrated organization, problem-solving, adaptability, and customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Progress toward or completion of industry education or certifications (such as LIMRA or LOMA) preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work or military experience will also be considered.
