  • The Manager, Integrated Marketing will play a key role in shaping revenue-generating marketing strategy at AccuWeather, partnering closely with sales to develop smart, data-informed solutions for a wide range of advertisers.
  • In this role, you'll spend your time developing campaign ideas, building compelling pitch materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring those ideas to life.
  • Develop and lead strategic, multi-platform marketing solutions that drive revenue across AccuWeather's ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on digital and video.
  • Partner closely with sales to understand client goals and identify relevant, creative opportunities.
  • Develop high-quality marketing materials including pitch decks, one-sheets, toolkits, and thought leadership content.

Requirements

  • Billions of people around the world rely on AccuWeather's proven Superior Accuracy™ across our consumer digital platforms.
  • Strong storytelling ability with experience developing persuasive proposals and sales materials
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint (and design programs a plus).

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing, media, digital advertising, or agency environments.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing ideas.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach
  • Work on campaigns that span every category - from retail and CPG to travel, auto, and beyond - offering a level of variety and exposure that's rare in today's media.

Compensation

  • $80,000-$95,000
