About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business objectives, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic decision-making. This position requires a strong understanding of various
analytical tools and methodologies, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD's), System Design flows, Sequence Diagrams providing the appropriate scope of work for the team
Create low-fidelity prototype and test end-to-end scenarios, going through the life cycle of application development
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all deadlines are met. Delegating the tasks to the right product/functional leads as needed
Take the lead on projects, delegating tasks, and managing the productivity of project team with the best possible strategies to avoid timeline/cost delays including divide/concur strategies
Identify gaps in client project management model and help create an integrated project plan with key activities/deadlines identified to create transparency. Ensure milestones are met on time.
Familiar with Agile methodology, ASAP methodology and Design Thinking
Interviewing internal and external stakeholders to develop solution requirements and captured user stories. Liaison between business users and business partners, managing relationships and monitoring all requirements updates
Analyzes customer requirements and translates those requirements into technical design specifications

This position requires a strong understanding of various analytical tools and methodologies, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Degree in computer science or business management and related fields
Business level Proficiency communications in French (Spoken and Written)
Experience with full life-cycle implementations
