About the role
- We have a broad product offering with a well-regarded brand portfolio including the #1 position in windows, vinyl siding, metal accessories, metal roofing and wall systems, and insulated metal panels.
- The End-of-Line (EOL) Inspector serves as the final quality gate before finished windows and doors leave the facility.
- This role ensures all products meet corporate specifications, Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) criteria, and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed final inspections using standardized tools, gauges, lighting, and visual criteria (including the 14-point inspection and CTQ items).
- Accurately document findings in designated digital or paper systems.
- Maintain strict adherence to corporate quality standards, EOL inspection guidelines, and itemized pass/fail criteria.
- Support CFAs (Customer Facing Audits) and respond to issues with urgency.
- Maintain compliance with all documentation, traceability, and escalation procedures.
- Provide objective feedback to support corrective actions and process improvements.
Requirements
- Participate in rotational EOL inspector scheduling as required by the site plan.
Compensation
- Participate in ongoing EOL Calibration Training and annual recertification (as required by corporate guidelines).
