Responsibilities
- Perform related assembly activities, including attaching decals, completing minor paint touchups, testing equipment, and installing plumbing and electrical controls.
- Prepare packing lists and shipping logs, documenting shortages or issues to support accurate records.
- Build skids and crates and determine appropriate sizes to protect equipment and optimize trailer space.
- Basic math skills to support measurements, counts, and calculations.
- You'll build practical skills while supporting long-term operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical documentation.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and air-driven tools in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness and ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks, with training provided as needed.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Ability to follow guidance, learn new tasks, and adapt to changing production needs.
