- hire/manage writers, editors, designers, creators; create briefs; ensure high quality output, ensure we meet deadlines

- Excellent writing and editorial judgment (hooks, clarity, voice, pacing)
- Strong creative direction for short-form video (scripting, structure, creator guidance)
- Comfort with analytics (what moved, why it moved, and what to do next)
- Strong AI workflows for ideation, drafting, editing, repurposing, and performance analysis
