About the role
- Primary Duties and Responsibilities - The Clinical Support Tech I assists the OR team providing technical support and assisting the physician and/or RN. This role assists with patient positioning/prepping under the direction of the RN and, depending on area, may assist with maintenance and care of technology and equipment including but not limited to
- endoscopy, Robotics, Image guided (superdimensions), and video equipment. - Assists with patient transfers using proper body mechanics and protocols. - Prepares equipment and specialty items for procedures according to preference cards. Responsible for communicating pertinent information to the RN. - Additional functions include general cleaning, equipment
