About the role

  • The Glass Panel Assembler is responsible for the precise assembly of glass front panels used on electronic products.
  • This role requires exceptional attention to detail to ensure the cosmetic quality of each unit, with particular focus on cleanliness, alignment, and secure attachment of various mechanical and aesthetic components.

Responsibilities

  • Perform visual inspections throughout assembly to verify cleanliness, surface finish, and part alignment.
  • Maintain a clean and controlled work environment to minimize dust and debris.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and visual standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity for handling delicate and aesthetic components.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small team.
  • Working Conditions:
  • Work is performed in a clean assembly environment requiring careful handling of glass and cosmetic materials. You must wear appropriate PPE (as documented in our safety manual). Work may involve extended periods of sitting, as well as repetitive hand motions and fine assembly tasks.

Nice to have

  • Minimum 1-3 years of assembly experience in a precision or cosmetic assembly environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with adhesive application, RTV silicone, and foam tape bonding processes preferred.
