About the role
- November 19, 2025 NORTH WELLINGTON HEALTH CARE LOUISE MARSHALL HOSPITAL POSTING #2025-217 REGISTERED NURSE - ONCOLOGY (CASUAL) A casual Registered Nurse position is available at Louise Marshall Hospital within the Oncology department.

Requirements
- Experience with intravenous insertion, PICC and Portacath access
- Current experience in systemic chemotherapy administration
- Knowledge & application of principles of oncology and palliative care nursing
- working knowledge of a variety of computer systems & software applications
- Satisfactory performance and attendance required
- Satisfactory Reference Checks required prior to start date
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing
- Completion of de Souza Provincial Standardized Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Course or ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate Course mandatory
- Certificate in Oncology Nursing CON(C) an asset
- Experience with medical day care procedures including but not limited to paracentesis, thoracentesis, bone marrow biopsy, and lumbar puncture
- Current BCLS certification
- Demonstrated experience in working both independently and as part of inter-professional team
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Excellent attendance record
Nice to have
- BScN or related degree completed or in progress preferred
- Completion of de Souza Foundations in Oncology Nursing Practice preferred
Compensation
- $40.24- $57.68 per hour
- As per department schedule, on an as needed basis
