About the role

- Lexus of Vancouver is currently looking for a Sales & Finance Assistant to join their team!
- The role is responsible for inventory coordination, documentation accuracy, preparation and maintenance of sales and finance paperwork, and funding contracts.
Requirements
- Review finance-related documents for completeness, accuracy, and required signatures.
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a dealership or retail environment preferred
- Experience with CDK not required but preferred
- Proficient in desktop tools including MS Office programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint)
- Familiarity with, or ability to quickly learn, sales processes, vehicle inventory systems, and related workflow tools
- Experience reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping software may be required

- We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $21.57 - $28.58 USD per hour.
