Responsibilities

Requirements
- Must be able to create 3D models of simpler designs and create complex 2D drawings to acceptable drafting practices
- Must be able to perform entry level linear stackup studies
Skills
- Ability to understand and apply fundamental Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing or International equivalent at an intermediate level.
- Familiarity with manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and professionalism.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Basic organization and prioritization skills
- The ability to interact cooperatively and collaboratively with others as a team
- The ability to define, diagnose, and resolve problems and the ability to make decisions in a timely manner
- The ability to assist other drafters with tasks. Demonstrated ability on a day-to-day basis to effectively balance workload.
Compensation
- All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.
- Annual Woodward stock contribution (5%)
