About the role

  • The Operations Analyst is a key contributor to the Delegated Authority & Underwriting Controls team, reporting to the AVP Operations.
  • This role is focused on automating manual workflows, improving data quality operations, and supporting the Delegated Authority Data Modernization initiative.
  • The Operations Analyst works across program onboarding, bordereaux processing, and QA validation to reduce manual effort and improve operational consistency.

Responsibilities

  • report and dashboard development, DAX measures, data model design; familiarity sufficient to consume and support existing reports is acceptable.
  • basic to intermediate querying against data platforms to support validation and QA tasks.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and service expectations are consistently met.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results within specified deadlines.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across all levels of the organization, including with external business partners.

Requirements

  • Perform additional duties as required to support evolving business needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar role with demonstrated automation output.

Nice to have

  • Excel (advanced), Teams
  • SharePoint/OneDrive familiarity is a plus.
