About the role
- We are currently seeking Millwrights/Industrial Mechanics to join our Maintenance Department team in Sudbury, Ontario.
- This is a permanent on-site position working shift and supporting a 24-hour operation.
- This posting is for an existing position vacancy.
Responsibilities
- As a Millwright/Industrial Mechanic, you will be responsible for installing and dismantling equipment to inspect and maintain equipment.
- Additionally, in this position you will: Install, dismantle, assemble, construct, erect, move, replace, inspect, adjust, maintain, and repair mechanical and process equipment and structures throughout mines and plants.

- Perform metal welding excluding pressure welding.
Requirements
- Relocation will be required for this role.
- Minimum grade 12 completed or GED is required.
Nice to have
- Minimum 4 years of industrial experience is preferred.
Skills
- Thorough knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical principles is preferred.
- Oxy acetylene cutting and burning is considered an asset.
- Mechanical and hydraulic blueprint reading is considered an asset.
