About the role
- You will ensure the blending of raw materials by weight or automatic metering systems.
- You will scale minor ingredients by weight, count, or bulk flow meters into bins or mixing equipment according to company-issued recipes.
- We will give consideration to reasonable accommodations.
Responsibilities
- You will demonstrate behaviors that support company safety procedures, with a focus on achieving zero injuries.
- You will exhibit behaviors that support quality work processes, including documenting and tracking production variables, downtime, and product samples.
- You will start-up, operate, maintain production processing equipment, and perform shut-down procedures.
- You will maintain computer-related equipment or control panels to operate automated machinery.

Requirements
- 3 months of experience working in a production, manufacturing or distribution environment
- Experience working in a food processing or packaging environment
- Experience working in an automated machinery environment (with PLCs or MMIs)
- Experience work in a USDA, FDA, OSHA, or GMP compliant environment
- Proficiency in SAP
