About the role
- The Nurse Supervisor provides day-to-day management of clinical operations within the department.
- Responsible for staff supervision, clinic workflow, patient triage, and clinical quality initiatives.
- This is a dynamic, quality focused, team-based department.
Responsibilities
- Maintains highest level of professionalism and positively leads by example.
- Develops and motivates staff to work effectively and within their licensure.
- Works closely with the other Managers, Administrator and the Division Chief to establish and maintain an efficient, cohesive and productive work team.
- Access to information is based on a "need to know" and is the minimum necessary to properly perform assigned duties.
Requirements
- NYS Registered Nurse Licensure is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience is required, preferably in a charge or supervisory role.
Nice to have
- Associate's degree in Nursing is required, BSN is preferred.
Compensation
- $70,068.00 - $108,605.00
