About the role
- This is an opportunity to build the future of document workflows using GenAI, build entirely new product categories, and drive meaningful impact at enterprise scale.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale GenAI-native products: Identify high-value enterprise workflow problems and develop innovative solutions from concept to launch.
- Lead cross-functional execution: Partner closely with engineering, design, research, marketing, sales, and legal to deliver high-quality products at speed.
- Drive successful go-to-market strategies: Collaborate with GTM teams to launch products, accelerate adoption, and ensure customer success.
- Cross-functional leadership: Proven ability to lead a cross-functional team of engineers across multiple engineering teams and UX designers, while collaborating with product marketing, legal, and other teams to launch new products.
- Clearly communicate strategy and progress to internal partners and external audiences.
Requirements
- Analytical strength: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable decisions.
- Technical foundation: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, mathematics, systems engineering, Information Systems, Physics, or an equivalent.

Compensation
- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
- The U.S. pay range for this position is $125,800 -- $239,725 annually.
- Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

- In California, the pay range for this position is $165,600 - $239,725
- At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
