About the role
- This role is primarily tactical and execution-driven, with ownership of PO lifecycle management, supplier follow-ups, and issue resolution.
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling high transaction volumes while maintaining accuracy and meeting strict SLAs.
Responsibilities
- Create, validate, and release Purchase Orders (POs) in alignment with planning requirements.
- Maintain full ownership of the PO lifecycle from creation to delivery closure.
- Drive supplier acknowledgments, confirmations, and on-time delivery commitments.
Requirements
- Results driven, and ability to work in an agile environment, with strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, business acumen, mitigation planning, and conflict management.
- Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with vendors locally and internationally.
Nice to have
- Solide maîtrise d'Excel
- connaissance de Power BI un atout
- familiarité avec les outils de reporting en approvisionnement.
- Bonne connaissance des systèmes ERP/MRP
- EPICOR est un atout.
- Compétences en communication efficaces en anglais, avec la capacité d'interagir avec des fournisseurs locaux et internationaux.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerBi knowledge preferred, familiarity with procurement reporting tools.
