Own finished-goods, service-parts, test, and operational shipments from order release through carrier handoff and system closure.
communicate shipment readiness and status to internal teams and logistics partners.
Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, Customer Operations, and Transportation to align priorities and recover fulfillment risks early.
Working knowledge of parcel, courier, and freight processes, including packaging, shipment documents, tracking, and carrier handoffs.
Clear written and verbal communication with operations, technical teams, and external transportation partners.
Coordinate parcel, courier, and freight pickups; communicate shipment readiness and status to internal teams and logistics partners.
Flexibility to support shipment cutoffs, quarter-end demand, and critical operational needs while maintaining accuracy and traceability.

2+ years of experience in outbound shipping, fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling.
