About the role
- The responsibility of the supervisor includes coordination of equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure the throughput of the test lab meets production goals.
Requirements
- Reliable commute or planning to relocate before starting work is required.
- May be required to stand, sit, squat, bend, kneel, twist, crawl, reach, lift, balance, push, and pull.
- Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including, but not limited to, a lab coat, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, respirator and safety shoes.
- 5+ years of experience working in a highly demanding manufacturing environment preferably battery cell manufacturing.
Skills
- Summary The Test Lab Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Production Test Lab.
- Work with engineering teams to prioritize and plan safety, reliability, characterization, and compliance tests.
- Support scoping and installation of new automation equipment.
- Ensure all lab areas are maintained, clean, and organized.
- Communicate and work collaboratively with cross functional teams of technicians & engineers.
Compensation
- Comprehensive compensation package includes base salary + RSUs.
- Salary range for this role is $140,000 to $155,000.
