About the role

  • NeighborHealth is seeking an experienced title to serve as Dental Assistant Lead.
  • Under the supervision of the Administrative Director and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the Dental Assistant Lead is expected to perform all the essential duties and responsibilities of the Dental Assistant, as well as administrative responsibilities assigned by the Administrative Director, and as needed by the Dental department.

Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will be able to perform the following responsibilities:
  • Orders and puts away supplies to maintain par levels to meet department needs.
  • Maintains daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance of autoclaves, ultrasonic and Hydrim and logs appropriately
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse teams.
  • Whether you're a nurse or physician providing direct care, a manager leading dedicated teams, or part of the essential support staff who keep our operations running smoothly - every role at NeighborHealth is vital.

Requirements

  • Properly document all infection control and sterilization activities as required
  • Documentation in logbook required
  • Proficient in Wisdom in all DA required tasks: i.e.: Tooth charting, documentation etc.

Compensation

  • Salary: Starting at $24.15 up to $36.50 based on experience
