About the role

This role will consist of conducting individual therapy meetings, collaborating with patients' outpatient teams, and leading patients through their overall treatment program.
Our centrally located Chicago office is nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of North Center, not to mention the social events hosted on our fully furnished rooftop!
This is a full-time position that is Monday through Friday with the specific schedule based on program needs.

Responsibilities

Communicating with patient's family members or support system when indicated
As a Primary Therapist, you'll work thoughtfully with our patients to develop and implement their individualized treatment plans.
You'll partner closely with the entirety of our treatment teams, including Group Therapists, Family Therapists, and Prescribers to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care.

Requirements

Are a Psychologist or Master's level therapist (required)

Nice to have

2+ years clinical work experience post-Master's (strongly preferred)
Have knowledge and experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as other evidenced-based therapies
Have experience with patients in crisis, ideally prior experience working in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, inpatient hospital, or residential setting
Hold one of the following licenses: PhD, PsyD, LCSW, or LCPC (preferred)

$55,000 - $90,000 USD
