About the role

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate data within scheduling systems, including staff assignments, project timelines, and changes in scope
- Continuously monitor workload distribution to support efficient utilization across teams
- Partner with managers and leaders to reallocate work and maintain balanced workloads
- Support preparation of resource planning reports, dashboards, and utilization metrics
- Ensure data integrity across systems to support decision-making and forecasting
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and solve problems proactively
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
- Comfort working with data, systems, and evolving processes in a dynamic environment
Nice to have
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, administration, accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in a tax, accounting, or professional services environment preferred
- Experience supporting scheduling, resource management, or project coordination is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- experience with scheduling or workforce planning tools is a plus
