- Reach Logistics, a Pattern company, is a global eCommerce logistics and strategy company that partners with some of the largest brands in the world to distribute their products on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and more.
- We have 7 warehouses in 5 countries around the globe and offer a unique distribution model to our partners.

- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as lead in a specific department with ability to flex to other departments as needed
- Guide and train current and new employees on warehouse guidelines and new/updated procedures
- Ensure adherence to proper methods and safety standards while effectively communicating in a positive and respectful manner.
- Address problems and conduct audits to identify issues, followed by providing constructive feedback to associates
- Promote a positive team-oriented environment and lead by example
- Help oversee daily assigned area
- Enforce and maintain compliance and high quality standards with new and existing standards
- Audit proactively to detect and solve problems
- Ensure areas are ready for next shift ie all tasks completed, problem solve items solved
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with associates when product quality is at risk
- Identify training deficiencies in associates and work with them to improve accuracy
