About the role

  • The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $62,250 - $91,300 at the time of posting.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders on talent, performance management, workforce planning, and employee development
  • Participate in daily plant routines (e.g., SQDC meetings) to align HR support with business needs
  • Maintain a presence through floor engagement, Gemba walks, and employee interaction
  • Drive employee engagement, recognition, and communication initiatives to enhance culture and retention
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and workforce management for hourly, salaried, and temporary employees
  • Support compliance, safety, and audit activities, reinforcing a safe and compliant workplace

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of HR experience, with exposure to HR business partnership or generalist responsibilities

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent experience will be considered
