Responsibilities
- The Director, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading, developing, and optimizing Guardian's Talent Acquisition function to support the organization's continued growth and commitment to superior service.
- Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate Talent Acquisition team members and recruiting support staff.
- Establish team goals, performance expectations, and development plans that drive accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to promote effective recruiting practices and successful hiring outcomes.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with Guardian's growth objectives and workforce needs.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, and recruiting outcomes.
- Partner with HRIS, IT, and business intelligence teams to improve integrations, reporting capabilities, and system functionality.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Analyst to continuously enhance Guardian's Talent Acquisition Dashboard and deliver actionable workforce insights.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Human Resources with a demonstrated record of delivering results.
- 5+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing recruiting teams in a corporate environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, recruiting technologies, and data-driven talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and translate insights into action.
- Healthcare, pharmacy, behavioral health, or other service-oriented industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills with the ability to effectively partner with executives and operational leaders.
- Demonstrated success leading process improvement, technology implementation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
