About the role

  • Supporting the Adult Groups Team staff, Adult Groups servant leaders, and our church body as they engage in a pathway of discipleship.
  • GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Learn Pursue a growing relationship with Jesus through consistent time in God's Word and prayer.
  • Continually grow in your understanding of the Jesus-Centered Life (salvation, identity, life, and authority in Christ).

Responsibilities

  • Develop a system for organizing files and records.
  • Perform other general office duties for the Adult Groups Team.
  • Maintain calendar in Rock.
  • Create registration forms and maintain registrants.
  • Develop group rosters.
  • Develop registration forms.
  • This position will highly rely on a proactive support and hospitality mindset.
  • This role will oversee and lead all support efforts for Adult Groups, Essentials, Jesus Centered Life, and Be the Church.
  • Lead Take ownership of disciple-making by supporting and strengthening environments where people can take their next step toward a Jesus-Centered Life.
  • Leverage your role, systems, and responsibilities to remove barriers and create clarity, helping both staff and the church move forward in the Discipleship Pathway (Essentials → JCL → Be the Church).

  • Follow up with those engaging in our Discipleship Pathway Track attendance and provide correct data.
  • Track next steps for all participants.

  • Contact individuals to set meeting dates for next step conversations.
