Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, schematics, and work instructions.
- Ability to operate a variety of test and measurement equipment.
- Working knowledge of electronic and electro-mechanical testing principles.
- Ability to identify and report discrepancies and nonconforming conditions.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Nice to have
- Set up, operate, and verify test equipment, fixtures, instrumentation, and associated hardware required to perform testing activities.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, travelers, work instructions, and test procedures.
- Record test results accurately and completely within applicable systems and documentation.
- Monitor production test activities to ensure compliance with established quality requirements.
- Verify calibration status of test equipment prior to use.
- Follow ESD, FOD, and contamination control requirements as applicable.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
