Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine laboratory analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results in compliance with internal and regulatory standards
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, ensuring calibration and proper functioning
- Support quality control processes by identifying deviations and collaborating on root cause investigations
- Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and reliable data
- Familiarity with standard laboratory techniques and analytical instrumentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively
- Basic computer skills and experience with laboratory data systems or documentation tools
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Nice to have
- Previous laboratory experience in a manufacturing, chemical, or quality control environment is preferred
Compensation
- The expected salary range for this role is $42 400-$53 000, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discrimina
