About the role
- In this role, the HR Technology Specialist is responsible for managing and continuously improving Armstrong's global HR technology ecosystem.
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes through technology, automation, and digital solutions.
- Ensure accurate and timely flow of employee and organizational data across integrated systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting HR technology, HR systems, enterprise applications, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, systems integration, data governance, and technology-enabled process improvement.
Nice to have
- Experience working with integrated HR systems in a multi-site or global organization is preferred.
