About the role
- This person must work collaboratively on projects with other engineers, production employees and other various departments as needed to complete projects on time.
- Demonstrated project management capability Skills: Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, CAD programs).
Responsibilities
- Developing and documenting necessary quality layout information for to the quality assurance department on new processes and machines
- Demonstrate support for company programs through words and actions.
- Resolve product, process and design issues.
- Implement process improvements to the design procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Recognize other issues and perform necessary duties to correct problems.

Nice to have
- Strong technical ability and mechanical aptitude, manufacturing experience preferred (Welding, Fabrication, Machining, Production Equipment, and Assembly).
- Demonstrated project management capability
