About the role

  • Summary This role reports to the Management Council's Senior Vice Presidents (2) and Director, Legal Operations on various department initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the finance department and vendors on invoice payments.
  • The individual selected for this role will be an employee of that third-party agency and not the NFL.

Responsibilities

  • Create, edit and copy highly confidential memos and correspondence, organize and maintain hardcopy/e-files and proofread documents.
  • Prepare, scan, save and track documents of record, located both on and off-site.
  • Proofread digital document images for accuracy prior to e-filing and confidential disposal.
  • Update and maintain varied e-files.
  • Maintain and order office supplies.
  • Player Care Foundation Support
  • Manage all aspects of PCF's weekly accounting check run, including check issuance, documentation, recording, and distribution.
  • Review and verify expenses with corresponding companies and individuals; typically manage 3-5 expenses per application and maintain a queue of 5-10 applicants simultaneously.
  • Create market email distribution lists and manage all Legends communications for PCF's Healthy Body & Mind Screening Program.
  • Senior Vice Presidents' Support

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel including experience with pivot tables and general data manipulation, while providing insight and solution-based recommendations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment under intense conditions.
  • Self-motivation and an ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in working collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to utilize available resources effectively to produce reports promptly.
  • Excel as a relationship builder, with the ability to influence
  • The candidate should have experience working in the legal field and community relations.

Nice to have

  • Degree from a Four-Year College or University Preferred

Compensation

  • Correspond with clubs and third-party vendors regarding annual medical credentialing.
