About the role

  • Duties include running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and supervising facilities & janitorial staff.
  • Our ideal candidate is well-versed in facilities management processes and exhibits high multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • This position will report to the Senior Manager of Fleet & Facilities dealing with facilities and the Director of Fleet & Facilities for janitorial concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor interior and exterior areas of building for cleanliness and general conservation
  • Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes
  • Support maintenance and installment work as needed
  • Maintain all building doors in working order to ensure all lock mechanism work
  • 50% off window ticket price at IKON partner resorts

Requirements

  • May be required to maneuver up to 160lbs.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Nice to have

  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential, or equivalent
  • Experience planning and maintaining facility budgets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional leadership experience
  • Contract handling experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • This position is required to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays while in operation.
  • A worker in this position must have the physical, visual, and auditory ability to perform the essential functions to the job with or without reasonable accommodations.

  • Advanced mechanical and plumbing skills

Compensation

  • $80k-$93k
