About the role
- The main responsibility is to source personal trainers through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and other recruiting channels, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule qualified candidates for interviews with our onboarding team.
- Our clients are actively waiting to be matched with trainers, so speed, organization, communication, and follow-up are critical.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate notes, candidate statuses, and follow-up activity in Greenhouse or the company recruiting system.
Requirements
- Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed is required.
- Ability to work independently and stay accountable to daily activity and results.
- The right candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and moving candidates quickly through the pipeline.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of personal training certifications such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NCSF, or similar.
- Experience recruiting 1099 contractors.
- Prior high-volume recruiting or sourcing experience.
- What Success Looks Like
- You are sourcing new personal trainer candidates daily.
- Qualified candidates are being screened and scheduled quickly.
- Candidate notes and statuses are updated accurately.
- Urgent recruiting markets are prioritized based on client demand.
Compensation
- This is a 1099 contractor position with compensation of up to $2,500 per month, based on experience, availability, and performance.
